NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES. ENTRY IS FREE.
1. Promoter
M. Panteli & Sons Ventures Ltd, trading as RELIQ WORLD, VAT CY60165667K (the "Promoter").
2. Nature of the race
A RELIQ Race is a free-entry, skill-based competition. Entrants find treasures at real-world locations in the shortest verified time. The outcome is determined by the entrant's skill, navigation, route choice and speed — not by chance. There is no entry fee, stake, subscription or other consideration.
3. Race-specific details
Each race displays its own details before you enter, and those details form part of these rules: the prize, the opening and closing times, the minimum age, the territory or residency requirement, how many attempts are allowed, the permitted means of transport, and any additional race-specific rules.
4. Eligibility
- You must meet the minimum age shown for that race (18+ unless the race states otherwise).
- You must meet any residency or territory requirement shown for that race.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family of the Promoter, and anyone involved in designing or testing that race, may not enter.
- One entrant per person. Entering through multiple devices or identities is prohibited.
5. How to enter
Open the race in RELIQ WORLD during its entry window, accept the Terms of Use and these Official Race Rules, confirm you meet the age and residency requirements, and start your attempt. Your acceptance is recorded with the exact document versions and a timestamp.
6. Timing and verification
- Your time runs from the official start of your attempt until the final treasure is verified as found.
- A find is verified by your device being within the treasure's discovery radius at the moment of collection.
- We keep minimal checkpoint verification records for each find. We do not keep a GPS trail of where you walked.
- The Promoter's timing and verification records are final.
7. Fair play and disqualification
Location spoofing, emulators, bots, modified clients, multiple identities, tampering with physical markers, using a prohibited means of transport, trespassing, or any unsafe or unlawful conduct results in disqualification. The Promoter may void an attempt or disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes these rules were broken.
8. Winner and prize
- The fastest valid verified time within the entry window wins the prize shown for that race.
- Ties are broken by the earlier finishing timestamp.
- The winner must respond to the Promoter's contact attempt within 14 days and may be asked to provide proof of age, identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
- Prizes are personal, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash unless stated. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
- Any tax or charge arising from a prize is the winner's responsibility.
Claiming a prize requires contact details, which is the only point at which we normally need identifying personal data. It is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Safety
The Safety & AR Notice applies to every race. No prize is worth an injury or a fine. Entrants are responsible for their own conduct, transport and compliance with local law.
10. Cancellation and changes
If a race cannot run fairly — for example due to technical failure, unsafe conditions or interference — the Promoter may suspend, extend, amend or cancel it, and will publish the decision on the race page.
11. Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing here excludes any mandatory consumer protection available to you where you live.
