1. Who we are
RELIQ WORLD is operated by M. Panteli & Sons Ventures Ltd, trading as RELIQ WORLD, VAT CY60165667K ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
RELIQ WORLD lets you find virtual treasure placed at real-world locations using your phone's location, compass and camera. Hunts are provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend or remove hunts and features at any time, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Eligibility, age and supervision
Individual hunts may state a minimum age or a supervision requirement. Prize races have a minimum age set out in the Official Race Rules and on the race itself. If you are under the stated age you may not take part in that hunt or race.
4. Your safety is your responsibility
You must follow the Safety & AR Notice. You are solely responsible for where you go, how you get there and what you do while playing. Never play while driving. Do not trespass or enter unsafe places.
5. Fair play
- Physically travel to each location. Spoofing, faking or simulating GPS, or otherwise interfering with location, timing or verification, is prohibited.
- Do not use bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients or multiple identities to gain an advantage.
- Do not tamper with, remove, damage or reproduce physical QR markers, or place your own.
- Do not disrupt other players or the service.
We may void an attempt, remove a leaderboard entry, disqualify a race entry or block access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
6. Leaderboards and display names
If you submit a name for a leaderboard it is shown publicly alongside your completion time. Do not use a real name you do not want published, someone else's name, or offensive content. We may remove or edit any submitted name.
7. Content and intellectual property
All app content, 3D models, artwork, clues and the RELIQ WORLD name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, resell, scrape or create derivative works from it.
8. Feedback
Ratings and comments you submit may be used by us to improve the service. Do not include personal data about yourself or anyone else in feedback text.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from your own conduct while playing, from inaccurate GPS, compass or map data, from third-party locations or property, or from unavailability of the service.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law are not affected by these Terms.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page change when we do. Where a hunt or race requires acceptance, the version you accepted is recorded at that moment and continues to govern that attempt.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
